Priority Appraisals, Inc. is a real estate appraisal firm specializing in residential properties. We serve the Southeast Florida areas of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We are dedicated to performing quality work in a professional and timely manner with over 18 years of experience in South Florida.

Using state of the art equipment (including digital photographs), we offer the most up-to-date electronic appraisal delivery including ACI and Adobe Acrobat (pdf). We have an extensive MLS filing system which contains a running history of all residential sales sorted by area, closed sale amount and terms. All reports are completed with a thorough knowledge of FNMA, FREDDIE MAC, FHA and USPAP guidelines.
